Orders ship within 2 business days from our Austin studio. Standard tracked delivery takes 4–7 business days; express options appear at checkout where available.
- Free shipping on all orders over $500.
- Every parcel is tracked door to door — your tracking link arrives by email.
- We ship worldwide; duties for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Refunds & Returns / Orders & Returns
You have 30 days to change your mind. Unworn pieces with lace uncut and hygiene seals intact qualify for a full refund or a free size exchange.
- Start a return from the contact page with your order number.
- Refunds land 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Accessories and sale items marked final are exchange-only.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what your order needs: contact details, shipping address and payment confirmation. We never sell your data, never store card numbers, and newsletter emails are used solely for studio news and discounts.
