Low heat, small sections and a cool-down in your palm — salon curls from your own vanity.
Your flat iron is the most versatile tool in your kit — and yes, it works beautifully on wigs. The secret is low heat and small sections. Set a heat-friendly wig iron to 140–160°C and work with one-inch strands, twisting the iron away from the face as you glide down.
Always use a heat protectant mist first, and let each curl cool in your palm for five seconds before dropping it. That cooling step is what locks in bounce that lasts all evening.
Finish with a light shake at the roots and a spritz of flexible-hold spray. Avoid heavy oils near the cap — they loosen knots and shorten the life of the wig.
